David H. CollingsDavid H. Collings is Co-Managing Principal at Greyling. He is a recognized expert on risk management issues affecting design firms, contractors, and design-builders, as well as large-project risk management. Dave has 30 years of industry experience. He has developed insurance and risk management programs for ENR top 100 firms, including those serving the petrochemical, infrastructure, transportation, and residential markets. He has published benchmark studies on design-firm and contractors professional liability insurance. Dave is a 1981 graduate of St. John’s University with a degree in risk management.

Gregg E. Bundschuh, JDGregg E. Bundschuh, J.D., is Co-Managing Principal at Greyling. He is nationally recognized for his role in addressing emerging risk and insurance issues that affect the construction, design, and development communities. Gregg provides guidance to industry organizations such as the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Gregg is a 1982 graduate of Wake Forest University and holds a law degree from the University of Georgia. He is a Fellow in the American College of Construction Lawyers.

Robert E. Staed, Jr., JDRobert E. Staed, Jr., J.D., is a Principal at Greyling. He provides service to clients in the West and the Midwest. Before joining Greyling, Bob spent the prior 13 years of his career in various senior leadership positions with HOK, one of the world's largest design firms, where he had primary responsibility for risk management and insurance. Prior to joining HOK in 1994, Bob practiced law, representing professionals in negligence-based claims. Bob is a 1984 graduate of St. Louis University, from which he also received his law degree.
