Women in A/E/C

Greyling/EPIC, founded “Women in A/E/C” in 2018 to provide a platform for our clients and invited guests to share best practices and challenges with their peers in an informal and supportive environment.  “Women in A/E/C” events generally take the format of meetings that combine networking amongst the participants with education from guest presenters.  Greyling/EPIC facilitates to encourage robust discussion and sharing.

Prior to 2020, the networking events were usually in-person lunches, bringing together women within the same city.  In 2020, the group pivoted to a virtual format, which has allowed women to participate on a national scale.  Moving forward, the group will host a mix of in-person and virtual events.

What keeps you up at night:
  • How can I position our firm to stand out to candidates during the interview process?
  • What are creative solutions to provide employees and job candidates with flexibility?
  • What are the factors that are most important to job candidates right now?
Speakers:
  • Grace Goldberg, Design Firm Recruiter, LVI Associates
